....I talked to Tim at Fisher today at length. Because it is the diameter of the stock crank pulley, the UR and ASP pulleys will offer a bit better benefit than the Fisher crank pulley will. However, it is 5 lbs or so lighter than the stock TT Pulley and according to Tim, it WILL free up horsepower! Coupled with a lighter flywheel on the other end of the crank, rpms will go up and down quicker and turbo spool should be a little quicker as well. Also, those that have gone through or are going thru and engine rebuild, etc. will possibly find peace of mind knowing there is a dampner on their crank pulley. When you spend literally thousands of dollars on engine work, believe me, peace of mind has NO price tag. 300 plus dollars is a pittance when you compare it to thousands of $$$$$$$, regardless of the fact that NO ONE has concrete proof that the lighter pulley does not cause engine failure. Hell, I still believe that too, BUT, peace of mind baby!!!!! :) I suggest guys who want to know more about it email Tim at Fisher Concepts (fishercon1@aol.com) I'm sure he will do his best to answer your questions.... Thanks! George
